About Us Snapshot:

The ELIX Project, European Labour Mobility-Led Career and Service-Learning System in Higher Education, aims to revolutionize higher education by fostering student engagement, career readiness, and civic responsibility. Operating across Slovenia, Serbia, Slovakia, Austria, and Greece. ELIX, integrates Community Service Learning (CSL) into academic curricula, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. By combining experiential learning, industry partnerships, and digital innovation, the project enhances employability and equips students with critical skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. Through cross-border collaboration among universities, industry actors, and local communities, ELIX promotes internationalization, sustainability, and inclusive education. The project envisions creating a dynamic learning environment that addresses the challenges of student disengagement while preparing graduates to thrive in an interconnected and rapidly evolving global workforce.
